Common Problem
Yes, BPSUNNY is support to change and refund only if the products you received are not exceed 30 days and which are not affect the secondary sales.
Your delivery charge will be refunded in some circumstances, for example, if your entire order was faulty or incorrect. In any other case, customers are responsible for the shipping charges.
Payment or billing information cannot be altered once an order is placed. To request changes to your order, you must contact Customer Service. We are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

If you decide to cancel the order, please reply to the order confirmation email within 1 hour of purchase. If you didn't receive the email, simply email: support@bpsunny.com for the cancellation.
We are welcome any email about your confuse including but not limited to order status, shipping problem even information change, we will try our best to response or solve your question as soon as possible. Otherwise, if your order has not arrived within 30 business days, please contact us at service@bpsunny.com. We will take immediate remedial actions.
Select your favorite collection then click product details Select your size and click on the ‘ADD TO SHOPPING CART’ button on the product page. Review the items in your shopping bag by clicking the ‘MY CART’ at the right top of the page.
Click on ‘PROCEED TO CHECKOUT’ to complete your order.
We’re so sorry if you’ve received a wrong item. Please attach the picture of the wrong items and order number so we can get this sorted for you as soon as we could.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct as we can’t redirect orders once items have been dispatched. Sorry!
